I’ve been a vegan for about 3 years and vegetarian for 9. My parents taught me to cook and bake from an early age, and I’ve always loved making food and trying new recipes.
I spent five summers working in a bakery at a farm market in South Jersey during and right after college. Unfortunately it wasn’t vegan, but when I worked there I was just vegetarian.
Now, my career is as a filmmaker and producer. Besides vegan cooking and filmmaking, in my free time I like to quilt, take photos, read, write, draw, make glass jewelry, and learn how to make new things.
